Santagiulia Academy of Fine Arts

SantaGiulia Academy is a high formation reality in the new high Music and Artistic Formation (AFAM) under the instructions of the Italian Education, University and Research Ministry, created on the basis of the Law n.508 of 21st December 1999.
SantaGiulia Academy distinguishes itself  because it focuses on students professional possibilities, directing the attention on a careful and solid technical-artistic preparation, based on new digital technologies and animated by a continuous and profitable interaction with the territory. The academy wants to give more value to will-power skilful and resourceful students, in order to give them the possibility to work in positions of responsibility connected to the new profiles of artistic works nowadays strictly connected to technological innovation.

SantaGiulia Academy can boast a wide formative offer characterized by original contents, new didactic ambits and a dynamic high professional teaching staff. Educational activities are arranged by qualified professional figures able to offer students a powerful knowledge patrimony, important experiences and opportunities, putting them in contact with the business world.

The location, positioned in the very heart of the city, is distributed on 5.000 square meters with twelve artistic laboratories of: Painting, Sculpture, Decoration, Scenography, Multimedia Installations, Photography and Live Telecast, Engraving, Restoration; three computers laboratories specialized in Computer Graphic and Web Design with Mac and Computers stations equipped with very modern software for the 2ND and 3RD digital image management, the CAD Design, video planning and post-production, and a wireless connection disposable for all students.

SantaGiulia Academy collaborates and has partnerships with a wide number of museums and exhibition spaces in order to enable students and professors to organize exhibitions and installations.
SantaGiulia Academy offers nine Three-Years Courses (First Level Academic Diplomas) and four Two-Years Courses (Second Level Academic Diplomas accessible after Three-Years Courses) in accordance with the recent academies decree (ex L. 21/12/1999 n. 508):
