Characteristics of the course of study

The Restoration Master Degree, through the reorganization and requalification of the professional figure establishe by the Cultural Heritage and Instruction ministries, intents to ensure the technical- scientific competences for the training of qualified professional figures that operate in the cultural heritage conservation and restoration ambits. Both the proposed paths, face a series of laboratorial subjects extremely practical. Through them, students have the possibility to concretely operate on art works, together with a series of cultural and theoretical subjects that permit a more aware method to operate.

Job perspectives

At the end of the course students obtain a second level diploma in restoration and are qualified on the professional restoration activity on the cultural heritage. They can operate both in the public or private context. This figure it’s in fact completely independent in the management and supervision of the shipyard in which he operates, with a full control of the conservative techniques to recover painted on canvas or wood artifacts, sculptures, frescos and wooden artifacts.
