SantaGiulia Fine Arts Academy organizes courses for Summer 2019.
SantaGiulia Summer Courses are a 2-weeks practical laboratories. All the courses starts from an introduction level and being practical laboratories, at the end of the 40 planned hours, students will be able to express their artistic tendence in a concrete handmade work.
Lessons will be only in the mornings (9.00 a.m. -13.00 a.m.) to give the students the possibility to occupay their afternoons in the best way they desire.
In particular the courses programmed for 2019 are dedicated to these fields:
- Canvas Restoration Lab
- Gilding Techniques
- Fresco Lab
- Mosaic Lab
- Engraving Lab
- Hand Lettering
- Wine Design (Masterclass with requested skills in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Besides SantaGiulia Academy with Cultural linguistic center "San Clemente" organizes side activities which involve students interested to enrich their skills during Summer School experience:
Venice and the art of Glass
One day around Venice and Murano, including a unique Glass experience to The School of Glass Abate Zanetti;
Ravenna and the mosaic
A weekend in Ravenna, visiting the most interesting artistic and historic sites through mosaic art.The proposal includes the visit to artisan workshops with the participation to training activities;
Wine design – Franciacorta and the art of wine
One day tour in Franciacorta, discovering the landscape and its sparkling wine through the visit to a local winery.
