GENERAL CONDITIONS
Erasmus + is the Community action program in the field of education based on Articles 149 and 150 of the Treaty on European Union. According to Article 149, the Community contributes to the development of quality education through a series of initiatives to be carried out in close cooperation with the Member States. The action for higher education, called Erasmus +, aims to strengthen quality and increase the European dimension of higher education by stimulating transnational cooperation between academies.
The general objectives are:
- develop the European dimension of teaching, in order to consolidate the spirit of European citizenship;

- to encourage academic recognition of periods of study abroad and of any diplomas obtained.
