Set designers of Hdemia SantaGiulia at the Prague Quadrennial

SantaGiulia fine arts Academy, more projected towards internationalization, participates from 6th to 16th June 2019 at the PQ+ with the installation "DO YOU WANT TO SEE MR KLAMM?", realized at the Italian Cultural Institute in Prague.
The PQ+ is part of the rich calendar of side events of the 14th edition of the Prague Quadrennial, the largest international theater and scenography festival.

The PQ+, specifically organized by the Arts and Theater Institute and which gives absolute space to international collaboration activities in contemporary performing arts, will present not only Czech theatrical productions that accentuate contemporary scenography, but throughout the duration of the Quadrennial, also, for the first time, the work of international artists.
Within the dense program of PQ+, drawn up by the PerformCzech Dramaturgical Board and the PQ artistic team and which will mainly present productions in the fields of interdisciplinary and physical theater, dance, performance and installations, in addition to exhibitions and guided tours, it fits site-specific installation and performance of the team of scenographers of the Academy of Fine Arts SantaGiulia of Brescia, led by professors Massimo Tantardini, Enzo Mologni, Fabrizio Saiu, Stefano Mazzanti and Carlo Susa.

All PQ+ productions will be free of language barriers or will have English interpretation or subtitles. Visitors will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with Prague's exceptional centers for progressive and experimental contemporary art, such as A Studio Rubín, DOX, Alfred do dvoře Theater, Archa Theater, Kasárna Karlín, La Fabrika, New Stage of the National Theater, NoD Roxy, Alta Studio, Ponec - Theater for Dance, Studio hrdinů and Venuše ve Švehlovce, as well as, the Italian Cultural Institute (which hosts the Accademia SantaGiulia), the Prague Creative Center and the Chvaly Chateau which also provided the venues.

The theme of the fourteenth edition of the Prague Quadrennial (Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space) PQ 2019, and of the PQ+ is "Imagination, Transformation and Memory".
Over the course of eleven days, representatives from 79 countries will be on the calendar, with over 800 artists from around the world and over 600 shows, workshops and conferences.
