Mr Mov 2

MR MOV 2 - video art festival will take place in Brescia at C.AR.M.E space on Saturday 9th March 2019 from 7 PM.

The festival, dedicated to video art, was born in 2017 under the second degree of Art Communication and Didactics in SantaGiulia Fine Arts Academy.
Come to its second edition, MR MOV 2 will show thirteen works (realised in the last three years), that have been selected between 158 video artists from all over the world. Considering the average age of the selected artists is around 35, the new edition of the festival,as well as the first one, is young and focused on the artistic tendencies of contemporary videoart panorama.

During the festival evening the video projections will be based on a themed route, accordingto the different artist sensitivities, that show some reflections about the nature, the outside and evident world and the corporeal form, in their various facets: a chest of an inner world to findout.

For this edition the curatorial team, supervised by the visual artist and Multimedia Programming teacher Alessandro Mancassola, renewed itself and includes ten young curators: Anna Albertelli, Nicole Bolpagni, Delia Bongiovanni, Linda Carluccio, Giuditta Colombi, Serena Filippini, PietroModonesi, Rita Puliafito, Marta Scherini and Alice Vangelisti.
